  1. Print and fill out the official Wood all Good return form.
  2. Send the item(s) back within 30 days of delivery, along with the filled out return form.

You can also request a cancellation before the item has shipped (we make sure to notify you on every step of the way).

Because of the nature of these items (except if they arrive damaged or defective), I can’t accept returns for …

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

The conditions of return are as simple as they can be …
 
The buyer is responsible for all the return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is also responsible for any loss in value.
