How long does it take you to craft an item?

All items are custom made to order. Each and every single piece is crafted individually by hand. Our woodshop operates on a first-come-first-serve basis.

The production lead time varies from item to item. Our current lead time is approximately 1 week long for jewelry and 3 weeks for larger items.

How long does shipping take?

We ship our crafts from Slovenia, Central Europe with DHL express shipping. All orders are covered with tracking and insurance.

Shipping within Europe will take around 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping outside Europe will take approximately 2 to 4 business days to reach you.

Asia Pacific: 3 to 5 business days

Oh, and please also add your PHONE NUMBER for the carrier. Your phone number will be used for shipping purposes only, for an easier and safer delivery.

Please note: the "ship by" date is not equivalent to the actual "delivery" date.

SHIP BY DATE: When your order is expected to leave our studio.
DELIVERY DATE: When your package arrives to you. Estimated delivery time = processing time + shipping time.

What about customs and import taxes?

It's important to note that customs and import tax regulations are controlled by each country and are outside of our control. As a result, any delays caused by customs clearance are not our responsibility.

According to the law, the buyer is responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. However, we do our best to ensure that the necessary documentation is provided to customs in a timely manner to avoid any potential delays.

While issues related to customs clearance are generally rare, we understand that they can be a source of concern for some buyers. If you have any specific questions or concerns regarding customs clearance, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.

What are the payment options?

We currently accept payments via PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, and American Express as well as additional payment options available through Stripe.

We keep your payment information secure. Our shop never receives your credit card information.

Are all your crafts custom made?

Our products are truly unique pieces of art, each one individually handcrafted and therefore completely one-of-a-kind, much like fingerprints. We take great care to source our wood sustainably and ensure that it is stabilized for superior quality.

To maintain our commitment to sustainability, we exclusively use non-toxic jewelry grade resin in our crafting process. Our skilled artisans polish the resin to a mirror-like finish, resulting in a smooth and seamless texture that is a delight to touch.

In addition to wood and resin, we also incorporate a variety of other materials into our designs. These may include natural and man-made stones, precious and semi-precious metals, and even natural elements like dried flowers, moss, and lichen.

We highly recommend our opal pieces, particularly those crafted using lab-made opals. These opals are truly stunning, creating a mesmerizing display of light and color that captures the beauty of the Aurora Borealis.
